Cogne DLP and Cogne Group
Cogne Degerfors Long Products AB (DLP) supplies stainless steel bars and rolled billets to distributors and end customers around the world. By utilizing production methods based on renewable energy sources and recycled raw materials, we provide truly sustainable stainless-steel products.
Cogne DLP is a manufacturer of stainless steel and is fully owned company by Cogne Acciai Speciali S.p.A., a global company in stainless steel and nickel base long products with production sites in nine countries and a worldwide distribution network.
Locations and Distribution
Cogne Degerfors Long Products AB (DLP) is situated in the heart of the Swedish steel production cluster in Bergslagen. Our main site in Degerfors, featuring a hot rolling mill and finishing line, was established in the early 1660, with stainless steel production starting in the 1970. Our site in Storfors, acquired in 2015, includes an additional bar finishing line, a service center, and a warehouse where we stock commonly used grades for faster delivery.

Logistics run through the regional capital Örebro, which is conveniently located for deliveries to the Nordic markets and international deliveries with both train, truck, boat and flight.
In addition to direct sales, our products are also available within the Cogne Group’s distribution network which covers Europe, North, Central and South America and Asia.
